Intake Coordinator (looking to hire ASAP):

📣Conduct intake interviews for all clients in a professional and thorough manner.

📣Collect required documents, as well as determine client eligibility for Ryan White services.

📣Assure that all pertinent documentation is read and signed by clients in accordance with Heart to Hand Inc. policies.

📣Assist case manager in developing and maintaining client’s intake documents.

💢Must be flexible. 40 hours per week(full-time)

🏢Office Setting: in-person

🎓Education: High School Diploma/GED
