Resident Spotlight: Artist of the Month 🎨☘️
Our lobby is looking extra festive this month, and we have a very talented neighbor to thank for it!
We want to give a huge shout-out to Ed, who has been sharing his incredible gift for painting with all of us. If you’ve walked through the front doors lately, you’ve likely seen his latest masterpiece—a beautiful tribute to St. Patrick’s Day!
What makes Ed’s contributions so special is that he keeps us on our toes. Every couple of months, he switches out his artwork to match the current season or holiday, ensuring there is always something fresh and inspiring to greet our residents and guests.
Next time you’re in the lobby, take a moment to admire the detail in Ed’s work. We are so lucky to have such a creative spirit in our community

​Today’s Cooking Club at Barrington Senior Living featured a special visit from Lift University. We teamed up to make "Irish Nachos," and they were an absolute hit! 🇮🇪😋 It was a fantastic afternoon of cooking, laughing, and getting to know this energetic group.

Help us congratulate Melanie our employee of the quarter! Melanie is a true treasure here at the Barrington! She loves the residents with all her heart and they love her back just as much! Melanie is originally from Pocatello, Idaho. She loves to listen to music and go for walks in the beautiful parks and swim in the summer. When asked what she loves about her job, she said "she loves the people she loves making them feel better and happy". We are are so proud to have her as part of our amazing team!

Honoring Our Heroes
We had a fantastic afternoon firing up the grill for our Veterans Club cookout! It was an honor to gather our residents together for good food and even better company.
A huge thank you to Shawn from the VFW for joining us and showing such wonderful support for our seniors. We truly appreciate everything you do for our community! 🍔🇺🇸
