Hello (again)! ☺️ I’m so excited to be back to reintroduce myself and my massage practice here. For those who are new, welcome! ☀️

After a season of major life changes and deep personal growth, I’m proud to officially announce that I reopened my massage therapy practice here in Florida in June 2025 with a renewed purpose and an even deeper passion for healing.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Registered Nurse, and my work blends clinical knowledge with intuitive, intentional, and compassionate care. My specialty is therapeutic bodywork in a safe, spiritually infused setting that helps you move better, hurt less, and truly relax.

I offer:

Twig has been my best little helper when working from home… Her presence has always seemed to add an element of unconditional joy and understanding. The peaceful ambiance is intensified by her little snores…

Side note… Twig’s birthday is next week and she has been carrying her birthday toy seen pictured from last year extra close the last few days, as if she knows. 🎂😉

When you’re working hard, you’ve got to rest hard. 😌

Combining ashiatsu (barefoot massage) and cupping to create major results with this particular client. Combing modalities causes double the work, in some cases kind of like 2 therapists working on you at once. The goal here was to begin loosening the lower back and QL with cupping, while loosening the traps, shoulder blades, and rhomboids using foot pressure.

Moments like this make work an adventure every day. Most days I don’t know what issues, whether chronic or acute, I’m going to have walking through my door. 🤲 I’m always prepared for the unknown.

No matter what you have going on, I can always guarantee you’ll be able to leave the rest of the world outside the door and have your soul rest on the table during your stay. It’s like hitting the pause button when entering my office…. Just FYI 😊

Last Saturday I was scooting in my cowboy boots singing along to a live cover of ‘Take on Me’. This Saturday evening my apartment is spotless ceiling to floor, I went to the gym, all my work linens are clean and prepped, clean sheets on my own bed, there’s pumpkin muffins in the oven, and my sweet girl Twig is content after 50 million rounds of fetch. I’m feeling prepared to get up tomorrow morning at 5:00am to see 20 clients over the next 5 days…. Honestly I’m feeling more balanced lately than I have in awhile.

I volunteered for this opportunity to do massage how I wanted to and by golly I’m going to give it all my heart and soul. Tonight I’m content. I remember Saturday nights studying for a big Monday exam, Saturday nights lying in bed frozen & bone tired from spending all day helping build a boss’s dream. Saturday nights feeling like a stranger in my own company, and another kind of Saturday spent at home eating a bowl of rice and beans trying to save every penny of my hard earned money. I feel so lucky to have had the universe give me so many years feeling so lost, pushing me to tears and laughter, all of this to condition me to know how to follow my own intuition. I don’t know what I’ve done to have been loved by so many people, had mentors who inspired me greatly, and the forgiveness I’ve received when I make mistakes. So I will spend a lifetime trying to give back the blessings that have been gifted to me. I’m in love with how life is guiding me at this point and teaching me discernment with who and what I should put my energy into. Our own energy, our own essence, is our greatest currency to this world.

By choosing to be on my table, you’re choosing to believe in me and that’s greater than any money, fame, or ‘things’ I could ever have. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I hope you can feel the love I’m pouring from this post. Let’s keep reminding ourselves and our friends that we are completely capable of making our dreams come true! We just have to get out of our own way.

Side note, I wish this post was scratch and sniff so you could smell these muffins I have in the oven. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

For anyone who finds it difficult to book a treatment with your weekly schedule, or for those who just prefer a Saturday appointment, this Saturday would be a great opportunity for you to come in! 🙌

The following appointments times are available for a 60 or 90 minute treatment:
9:00am
10:45am
12:30pm &
2:15pm

These appointments will be booked first come, first serve. If you’re reading this, I hope to see you on my table this Saturday! ☺️
