Hey CFTB fam. The goal is to get the gym moved the weekend of the 20th THIS MONTH and start classes by Monday 23rd. In order to do this we will start moving stuff a few days before the weekend and programming will be mostly dumbbells and bodyweight, but we will REMAIN open during the move.
In addition, if you are available to help move, we could use any and all help!
