But in all sincerity, CFTB fam you never cease to amaze us. We have over 30 participants DURING the holiday season and you all crushed it. It is an honor to be a part of life with you all!
There are signups posted for anyone interested in going deeper with either nutrition or gymnastic skill work as we look to the New Year!
