Move in All Directions
Most of our daily movement happens forward and backward—walking, sitting, standing, and reaching. But the body is designed to move in multiple planes, including side-to-side and rotational patterns.
When those movements are neglected, joints can become stiff and certain muscle groups may weaken over time. Adding lateral and rotational exercises helps improve balance, coordination, and overall joint resilience.
Simple movements like lateral lunges, torso rotations, and side planks can help keep your body strong, balanced, and adaptable for everyday activities.
