Introducing our new air fed, high performance ozone generator system! Telchine built a 120g /hr dry air fed ozone system that had to fit within an inch of the space allotted. This 2-bay cabinet contains:

- Oil-less compressors
- Internal liquid to air cooled ozone cell
- Internal air prep package
- Internal receiver tank
- PLC controls
- Internal AC unit
- Ozone splitter to help operate a neighboring exhibit

The Entire System is Within This Climate Controlled Enclosure!

Our air fed generator produces up to 4%wtO3 on dry air. It also has a very low maintenance requirement compared to a PSA oxygen fed ozone system of similar size.

Our advanced compact ozone generator was recently installed in Texas @ Sea Turtle Rescue Center to support their main attraction! This new design is a more compact version of Telchine’s legacy units, yet comes with a full suite of automation and controls. We also included an ozone destruct system to ensure safety and system efficiency.

Training and education for the end user is just as important, if not more than, the actual equipment itself. You can have the best equipment, and the most advanced technology in the industry, but if the end user does not know how to maintain or operate the system, it can result in devastating losses. Which is why we enjoyed this particular day so much!

Telchine conducted a training class on one of our newer installed systems. This included a climate controlled 40’ shipping container that housed an entire ozone system and contact tank, destruct, UV, filtration, pumps, ORP, actuated valves, sand and carbon filters and more–and the entire system was automated to ease client use. The system took raw saline water from a well, through the treatment system and into on-demand holding tanks, completely automated. Telchine designed, manufactured, and installed!

Degas Valves are one of the more critical aspects of your water treatment system, ensuring that the tank can hold the appropriate pressure, and excess air/ ozone from your contact vessels vent efficiently. When they fail, it can have a cascading effect on your animals and upstream equipment.

Unfortunately, the average degas valve has a short life-span due to inferior quality and reliability, requiring them to be fully replaced.

At Telchine we solved that problem, ensuring that everything-from the materials used to manufacture the glass all the way to the internal levers and screws-are built with longevity, simplicity, and reliability. The only thing required from an operator during the many years of its lifespan is an annual cleaning and service kit, which takes about 10minutes to complete!
