In this role, you’ll lead daily clinical operations for our MHRS teams, provide supervision and support to clinicians, and ensure the highest standards of documentation and care delivery.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening staff performance, coordinating services, and maintaining continuity of care for the individuals and families we serve.

Qualifications:
✔ Active license: LICSW, LGSW, LGPC, or LPC
✔ Strong leadership and clinical oversight experience
✔ Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
