🎄✨ Holiday Tree-Lighting at Cypress Palms! ✨🎄

Our residents, team members and families gathered earlier this month to kick off the season with our annual holiday tree-lighting tradition. It was such a fun and festive night! We passed out treats, handed out light-up necklaces and even had a spot set up for professional Christmas photos taken by our very own Executive Director, Melissa Wojewnik! 📸✨

Thanks to your support, we raised $272 to benefit Wreaths Across America, an organization that honors veterans by placing wreaths on their graves during the holidays—enough to sponsor 16 wreaths this year! ❤️

Thanks to everyone who came out and made the night feel so special. Here’s to more moments like this all season long! 🎄✨

🌟 Please join us in welcoming our new Director of Culinary Services, Robert “Robby” H. 🌟

If you have spotted a new friendly face in our dining spaces, you have already met Robby, and we are excited to officially welcome him to the Cypress Palms family!

With more than 18 years of culinary experience, Robby brings incredible talent and creativity to our community. His background spans Cuban and Polynesian cuisine, sushi and fine dining. He began his career in senior living and is thrilled to return to the environment where his passion for serving others first grew.

Before his culinary journey, Robby served in the U.S. Coast Guard as an operations specialist second class, working in search and rescue in the Gulf of Mexico. The precision, teamwork and steady leadership he gained through that experience now shine through in his work and in every dish prepared in our kitchen.

At home, Robby is a dedicated husband and father of four boys, along with one dog and two cats. When he finds a quiet moment, he enjoys napping, podcast co-hosting and peaceful walks in the park.

Welcome to Cypress Palms, Robby! We are thrilled to have him here and cannot wait for you to experience the creativity, passion and care he brings to our community. 🍽️✨

Garry's wife Marcia lives with dementia. When she moved to Villa at Terracina Grand, he watched her form meaningful connections and find a sense of calm he hadn't seen in years. The community's design allows residents to move freely and make choices about their day. For Garry, seeing Marcia so comfortable and content meant everything.

When Marcia moved to memory care, her husband Garry watched her find friendship, freedom and peace in a community designed to support her needs.
