Dr. Patel will be out of town starting tomorrow, Thursday, March 12th, 2026, taking a few days away to spend time celebrating with family. He will return to the office on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, and will resume seeing patients at that time.

This means there are no immediate changes at this time, and any future decisions must include transparency, documentation, and public input.

As we move into the next couple of months, we’d like to share an important staffing update. Kacey is out on maternity leave, and during this time Dr. Patel will be serving as our sole provider.

With this temporary change, our team is managing a higher-than-usual volume of calls, messages, and requests. We kindly ask for your patience as we work diligently to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. Please know that every message and call is important to us.

To help us serve you more efficiently:
✅ Please utilize the Athena patient portal whenever possible for non-urgent messages and requests
✅ For medication refills, contact your pharmacy directly first, as they can often initiate the request on your behalf
✅ Allow extra time for responses, especially during peak hours
