During a foot massage, the practitioner gradually works through these areas, stimulating nerve endings and improving circulation

Sometimes certain points on the foot may feel more sensitive or even slightly painful. This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with a specific organ, but it can indicate tension in the tissues, fatigue, or general overload in the body
