Pause for just 30 seconds.

Notice:
• your breath
• where you feel tension
• your energy level

You don’t have to fix anything in that moment.

🌸I’m excited to share something new that I’ve been working on.

I’m now offering a virtual CHRONIC ILLNESS THERAPY GROUP for adults in Florida.

This group is for people who are used to showing up, pushing through, and getting things done… while quietly managing flares, fatigue, pain, or changing capacity behind the scenes.

Over time, that kind of invisible strain can become exhausting and isolating.

This is a small, therapist led, retreat style group designed to offer a steady space to slow down, feel less alone, and begin responding differently to the stress that can intensify symptoms.

We’ll focus on:
🌿 Feeling steadier during flares
🌿 Reducing the stress and symptom cycle
🌿 Protecting your energy through realistic pacing
🌿 Rebuilding trust in yourself and your body

The group is virtual, limited to 8 participants, and open to adults located in Florida.
