On December 15th, Melissa will undergo a mastectomy and lymph node removal. Her recovery will take at least 2 months, during which she will not be able to work. As she heals, Bridge still needs to cover monthly operating expenses to continue serving the community in the ways that we have for the last 8 years.

Come experience profound healing with Lindy and her multiinstrument sound bath. This is not a typical bowl bath! Lindy has several earth based instruments that call into alignment layers of energy. She is an expert facilitator and heart centered medicine woman.

You know it's hard to be motivated and organized to find the time and fit in all the stretching you need. Let us help! Come stretch with Sissy 630pm Wednesdays! Come for the whole class, whole body stretching, or just drop in for some targeted stretching. Sissy can help you come up with some new routines to help ease your pain and create more flexibility in you. Sliding scale $10-$20. Stay for an acunap after also.
