This month, we had the honor of helping Ms. D fulfill a long-time dream: a 10-day journey to experience the heart of country music and historic landmarks she had only heard about through stories.

Despite being legally blind, Ms. D had a vision—to feel the music, smell the food, and embrace the ambiance of places she always imagined. And we made it happen.

🏰 Biltmore Estate – A breathtaking experience

It wasn’t just the destinations—it was the connection.

Park Home Care carefully paired Ms. D with a caregiver who shared her love for music and adventure. That caregiver, Gena, went above and beyond to make every moment meaningful.

🌟 COMMUNITY • INCLUSION • SUPPORTIVE LIVING 🌟

At Park Home Care, we believe that supportive living begins with community. Over the past week, our staff and the individuals we support have been enjoying incredible experiences across the country — creating memories, building independence, and celebrating life together.

🚗 Road Trip Adventure
We are excited to share photos of Ms. D on her journey to accomplish one of her dreams — traveling to Nashville, Tennessee! Along the way she has already crossed through Georgia and South Carolina, enjoying the sights and the experience of traveling. More photos from her road trip are coming soon!

⚾ Staff & Community Engagement
Our team members have also been enjoying community events through company raffles and engagement opportunities:
• Staff attended the New York Yankees vs Panama baseball game
• This weekend others enjoyed USF vs Columbia baseball
• A lucky winner from the Suncoast Family Care Council raffle won 2 tickets to the Zach Bryan Country Music Concert this Saturday at Raymond James Stadium 🎶

🎮 Upcoming Community Event
Next Saturday, one of the individuals we support and their caregiver will be traveling to Orlando for MegaCon, one of the largest comic and pop-culture conventions in Florida. We are excited to support experiences that celebrate hobbies, interests, and community participation.

At Park Home Care, we don’t just provide services — we help create life experiences, lifelong memories, and opportunities to explore the world. These moments are part of our commitment to community inclusion and supportive living.

🍓🎶 A Wonderful Day at the Strawberry Festival!

Gena and Ms. B had an amazing day enjoying the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City! It was a full day filled with laughter, great memories, delicious food, and the sweet smell of fresh strawberries everywhere.

They spent time exploring the festival grounds, enjoying the vendors and attractions, and ended the day with front-row seats to watch the legendary country band The Bellamy Brothers perform live. The music, the atmosphere, and the excitement made it a truly special experience.

From strawberry treats to good old country music, it was a day to remember. Moments like these highlight the importance of community inclusion and meaningful experiences for the individuals we support.

Thank you Gena and Ms. B for creating such a wonderful day full of memories, laughs, great food, and good country ole music! 🤠🍓

What an AMAZING day at Monster Jam at Raymond James Stadium!

The sun was shining ☀️, the engines were roaring 🔥, and the trucks put on an unforgettable show! The energy in the stadium was absolutely electric as fans watched these massive machines fly, spin, and dominate the dirt.

Today was extra special because one of our incredible caregivers took time to enjoy the event and had an amazing experience. At Park Home Care, we believe hardworking caregivers deserve moments like this — time to recharge, reflect, and enjoy life outside of their demanding roles.

Community inclusion isn’t just for the individuals we serve — it’s for our staff too. Promoting mental wellness, balance, and positive experiences is part of how we build strong morale and a supportive culture. When our caregivers feel valued, everyone benefits.

🌟 What a beautiful day at the Healthy Family Fair hosted by Tampa Bay Moms Organization! 🌟

Park Home Care was honored to participate in such a wonderful community event filled with magnificent weather, joyful families, and meaningful connections. Our team—Lauren, Solmarie, Adina, and our incredible young volunteers—spent the day proudly sharing information about the compassionate services we provide to individuals and families throughout the Suncoast region.

We were excited to provide education about CPR certification and even completed onsite certifications for several attendees—helping caregivers feel empowered, confident, and prepared to care for their loved ones. 💙

A very special moment was seeing one of our talented participants showcase her artwork, which was warmly embraced by the community. Her creativity and confidence truly reflected the heart of our mission—supporting individuals to express themselves, grow, and thrive. 🎨✨

This event reminded us how powerful community truly is. Connecting with families, partners, and neighbors strengthens our commitment to enhancing lives through quality in-home care, personal support, and inclusive opportunities.

What an incredible way to celebrate the season together! 💙
We want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our two Christmas & Holiday events —
📍 December 16th at Bahama Breeze and
📍 December 18th at Sages Bistro

Both events were beautifully attended, filled with laughter, connection, great food, and holiday cheer. Seeing our families, individuals/children we proudly serve, and our amazing caregivers all together truly reminded us why community matters so much. 🤍

This year represented TRANSFORMATION for Park Home Care. Change is never easy, but it was necessary — and meaningful. We are deeply grateful to our families and individuals for navigating this transition with patience, trust, and understanding. Your support allowed us to strengthen our foundation, enhance our policies, and most importantly, build a team of high-quality, compassionate caregivers who reflect the heart of our mission.
