We celebrated our Annual Lake House Derby in style today, and WOW—what a race it was! 🎉 From delicious mock mint juleps 🍹 (a crowd favorite!) to friendly betting fun 🎲 and exciting horse races 🏇, the energy was absolutely contagious!

And let’s be real… those at the Kentucky Derby had NOTHING on us when it came to fascinators! 👒💐 Our ladies absolutely stole the show with their beautifully hand-crafted creations—each one unique, bold, and full of personality. Pure Derby glam! ✨

🥧💙 NATIONAL BLUEBERRY PIE DAY DONE RIGHT! 💙🥧

Ohhh what a sweet day at Lake House!! 😍 We celebrated National Blueberry Pie Day the best way we know how—by indulging in delicious, juicy blueberry pie and putting our brains to the test with a lively round of Jeopardy! 🧠✨

That pie? Absolute perfection. Flaky crust, bursting-with-flavor filling, and not a crumb left behind! 🤤🫐 Our residents were all smiles with every bite—because let’s be honest, blueberry pie just hits different! 💙

And then came the competition… ⚡️🎤
Jeopardy brought the energy UP! Friendly rivalries, quick thinking, and lots of laughs filled the room. From history buffs to trivia pros, everyone got in on the fun—and let’s just say, we’ve got some serious champions in the house! 🏆👏

Our Lake House crew hit the stands to cheer on the Clearwater Threshers as they took on the Bradenton Marauders and let’s just say… we brought the energy!! 🙌🔥

But this wasn’t just any game day… it was National Baseball Day ⚾️❤️ — and WOW did we celebrate it the right way!!

There’s just something special about baseball… the crack of the bat, the roar of the crowd, sunshine on your face, and that classic ballpark breeze 🌤️💙 It’s pure Americana and we soaked up every second of it!

And can we talk about those hot dogs?! 🌭😋 Absolute perfection—because what’s National Baseball Day without a classic ballpark bite?! TOTAL home run!

The best part? Sharing this all-American tradition with some of our amazing Trinity Place residents 💕👯‍♀️ From cheers to laughter to those “did you see that?!” moments—memories were made all around! 🎉⚾️

And to top off the celebration… THE THRESHERS WON!!! 🏆⚾️🎉 Could there BE a better way to honor National Baseball Day?! 🙌💙

Florida sunshine kind of Friday ☀️🌴

We kicked off the day at beautiful Philippe Park with a waterfront picnic that felt like pure paradise. Between the breeze off the bay and the peaceful views, it was the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. We even took a little step back in time learning about the fascinating Tocobaga Mound—such a special piece of local history!

And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better… dolphins made an appearance, playfully frolicking right in the water 🐬💙 (talk about perfect timing after celebrating National Dolphin Day earlier this week!)

With National Picnic Day coming up next Thursday, we figured we’d get a head start on the celebration ✔️

We wrapped up our day back home with a Tequila Sunrise Happy Hour 🍹✨—complete with beachy vibes thanks to Devon and some absolutely delicious sunrise mocktails!

Safe to say… this Friday was sunshine, smiles, and a whole lot of fun 😎💛

What’s a sheep’s favorite healthy snack?

What do you call a dancing banana?
A banana shake! 💃🍌

Did you hear about the dessert made with a bad banana?
The flavor was very off pudding! 😆

Our day started off with these and a few extra giggles to get everyone smiling… but the AFTERNOON?! Oh, it absolutely stole the show! 🤩🍨

We served up classic banana splits that were as fun to eat as they were delicious—loaded with all the good stuff and plenty of sweetness to go around! 🍦🍒 The room was buzzing with laughter, friendly competition, and some serious trivia skills on display! Hands were flying up, guesses were coming in fast, and the energy was just contagious! 🙌

Safe to say—it was a split-tacular kind of day! 💛🍌
