How is everybody doing? Remember, a few steps are better than none.
Take a quick walk down the street, climb the stairs a few extra times, or choose the furthest parking spot. If getting all of your miles in feels challenging, start small. Simple changes throughout your day can help motivate you without the pressure. Challenge yourself to make little changes throughout your day!

 I added the challenge to the Nike run app as a way to track miles if you’re walking or running. I was only able to do it for October so in November in December, I will start a new challenge through the app.
You don’t have to do it this way, only if you prefer.
