Our hospital is one of the newest in Kansas. Completed in 2013, the construction project was nominated and chosen as a finalist in the 2014 Kansas City Chapter, Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) Building Excellence Awards. PVCH was on the brink of closure in 2009 but the community rallied behind the hospital and built a brand new facility in 2013. This is a great healthcare success story in our state.

Pawnee Valley Community Hospital is continuing to grow our nursing team. We are currently hiring a Medical/Surgical RN or LPN for a full-time night shift position. This role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to work with a team that truly cares about our patients and community.

Welcoming a baby is one of life’s sweetest moments, and it can also come with unexpected expenses. That’s why our Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Family Medicine Clinic team created Baby’s Welcome Bag for newborns establishing care in our clinic. Each bag includes baby essentials plus helpful information on local and state resources, so new moms feel supported from the start.
