BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! WHOO HOO!

I am Honored to have been asked to Teach Yoga at the YOGA EXPO on January 7th in Los Angeles CA!

Pinch me! Am I dreaming?
Eight years ago when I was diagnosed with an aggressive Breast Cancer I never imagined I would be able to continue to teach & share the benefits of such a sacred practice.
(Truth be told...I didn't think I would survive)

I went through 3 years of treatments, procedures & surgeries. I also took that time to Detox my Mind, Body & Soul for optimal health and healing.

Fast forward 8 years and now Cancer Free - (swipe right) I will be sharing my LOVE & PASSION (and Detox Secrets) with many beautiful souls at the YOGA EXPO...

Who wants to join me LIVE as I lead you through "Detox for the Soul Yoga" at 10am on Saturday Jan 7th.

A trip to LA anyone? I would love to see you there and appreciate any & all support. 💜

I LOVE the Holidays and all the special meals & treats! Don't you? 🎄

I try to keep those special foods special by being super Mindful of what I am eating and including LOTS of veggies too! 🥦

Keep moving as much as possible even if it is just a brief bundled up 10min walk in the sun 🌞

PLUS, I always make sure I drink plenty of Water to stay hydrated & to release any unwanted effects of eating foods I might not normally eat.
