Smudge bundles are ready! 😍😍

In an effort to increase awareness of the theft of white sage by non-native poachers, I am growing my own herbs as an alternative. These herbs were grown on the land that belongs to the Mansos and Chiricahua Apache tribes. The bundles have received Reiki and are blessed with Unconditional Love. Still to come: smudging spray and anointing oils. Stay tuned!

Baddha Konasana Gorilla reminding me not to take myself too seriously. It's called "practice" for a reason!

I struggle to practice when I am in a foul mood. I feel like my practice deserves a positive attitude. Then I find myself stuck: - can I not practice if I am not "perfect"? Does practice not make perfect? Does perfect exist?!😵
