Dear Patients,
At this time, in order to ensure the safety of our patients and employees, Health Care Solutions is recommending the use of video phone conferences for our patients with routine needs. This will allow these patients to stay safely at home while still meeting with their Healthcare Provider.
Our office is capable of making these video conferences using FaceTime, Skype, Facebook Messenger or Google Duo.
Please set up one of these accounts prior to your appointment. If you require any assistance in this, please let us know—prior to your appointment—and we will help as best we can.
For those patients who still require in-office care, our Providers are still happy to see you!
However, we do ask that you call the office as soon as you can to set up an appointment, as we are unable to see walk-in patients at this time.
For scheduled appointments: upon arrival to our office for your appointment, please enter and sign-in with the front desk staff. We will direct you from there.
Our goal in these changes is to provide the safest possible environment for our patients, and for our staff. Please, respect that we have patients with compromised immune systems that have to be physically attended to in our office. In doing so, we ask the following:
-Please refrain from touching unnecessary items in our office
-If you have a cough (this is allergy season, after all) please cough into a
Kleenex or your arm
-Remember to wash your hands
-Unless absolutely necessary, avoid bringing family members to your
appointment
Our goal is to provide for you the most sanitary, and therefore, safest, office possible.
Most importantly, if you are exhibiting SEVERE symptoms that include: cough, shortness of breath, or fever > 101 F, please go to one of the hospital’s Emergency Rooms, as you normally would. If your symptoms are present, but not as severe, testing in Las Cruces is becoming increasingly available, and we encourage these patients to visit the NM DO website for updates on this, as testing is currently unavailable at our office, due to a lack of supply.
Finally, we ask that each of you take the measures necessary to stem the spread of this highly contagious virus. Wash your hands, practice social distancing, limit physical contact with the vulnerable members of our community…but don’t forget them! Reach out and stay in touch with your friends, neighbors, and loved ones. Together, we WILL get through this!
