At Sierra Healthcare Home Health and Hospice, we believe strong community partnerships make a real difference.

Recently, we had the opportunity to meet with officers from the Truth or Consequences Police Department and share more about the services and resources we provide to individuals and families throughout our community.

These conversations are so important. When officers encounter situations where someone needs support beyond law enforcement—such as home health care, hospice or palliative care, grief support, or family aftercare—it helps to know what resources are available and how to connect people to care.

By working together and building these relationships, we can ensure community members receive compassionate, timely support during some of life’s most challenging moments. 💙

We’re grateful to the Truth or Consequences Police Department for taking the time to learn more about our services and for their continued commitment to serving our community.
