One of the most rewarding parts of my anesthesia career is passing on knowledge. As progresses trough the New Grad Mentorship Prgram, today she completed multiple US Regional Anesthesia Procedures implementing ERAS. As a new grad she performed these procederures INDEPENDETLY yet with the full support of a NSPM-C CRNA at the bedside. During my recent visit to , I had the the honor of recognizing Professor Ivan Molina CRNA. He founded the CRNA school at la inter in 1996 and has helped over 400 professionals become CRNAs and continous to do so. His graduates not offer safe anesthesia across multiple countries but many have become leaders of our profession. A true ICON in Nurse Anesrhesia Education.
