Know the signs of a heart attack — it could save a life:
🚨 Chest pressure/tightness
🚨 Pain in arm, back, neck, or jaw
🚨 Shortness of breath
🚨 Cold sweats
🚨 Nausea
🚨 Dizziness or lightheadedness
🚨 Extreme fatigue (often in women)
⏱️ If symptoms last more than 5 minutes: CALL 911.
And if the person becomes unresponsive — start CPR immediately.
