We kicked off our 4-week challenge yesterday, weighed so many people, and the vibes were on point. Everyone is locked in and ready to see some amazing results 👏🔥

Zumba was straight 🔥 as always, and we closed out the day strong with Temple Builders. We were blessed to have Coach Eloy come through with a powerful core workout, and of course… we finished with pelvic floor because we do things the right way around here 🫶

What an incredible Monday…full of movement, community, and purpose.
Now note to self: I’ve gotta get better at posting in real time on Mondays because days like this deserve to be shared when the energy is HIGH 😅💯

Grateful for this community and excited for what’s ahead. Let’s gooo 🙌
