We offer Crisis Triage care for mental health and substance use made possible through partnership with Doña Ana County.

Our Services Include:
☑️Assessment and diagnosis: Immediate evaluation of the individual’s mental health status.
☑️Medication management: If necessary, providing or adjusting psychiatric medications.
☑️Therapeutic interventions: Counseling, therapy, and other mental health treatments.
☑️24/7 care: Unlike outpatient services, our Crisis Triage Center offers round-the-clock care to help ensure the individual’s safety and well-being.
☑️Discharge planning: Preparing for the individual’s return to the community with appropriate supports in place.
