✨ Internal Medicine Resident Wellness Retreat✨

Taking care of others starts with taking care of ourselves. 💙

Our residents stepped away from the wards and clinic to reconnect, recharge, and remind themselves why they do what we do. From mindfulness sessions and team-building activities to laughter, good food, and a little friendly competition — this retreat was all about wellness, community, and balance.

We also celebrated our top three who preformed well on their I.T.E. (Dr. Shafqat, Dr. Jamali, & Dr. Mardini)

Here’s to supporting each other, celebrating resilience, and returning to patient care refreshed and renewed. 🩺🌿
