Join me every Sunday at 11:00 AM at Sunset Park (South Entrance off Eastern) for a gentle Yoga & Reiki-infused Sound Bath — a relaxing blend of movement, breath, energy healing, and sound.

We’ll practice on the grass near “The Lawn” by the playground, bathrooms, and volleyball courts.
All levels are welcome — whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat.
