Alexis brings an incredible 16 years of experience in nursing and leadership across hospice and home health. Her journey through our CEO-in-Training Program and earning the CCO Award speaks volumes about her dedication to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Her passion for patient-centered service and commitment to elevating team culture make her a true ambassador of our mission: Life-Changing Service.
