The Southern Nevada Health District provides free, in-home COVID-19 vaccinations to people who are homebound (meaning people who typically do not leave their home and who are unable to be vaccinated another way) or have special needs and require vaccination in a comfortable environment. This includes:

➡️ People who need the help of another person or medical equipment (such as crutches, a walker or a wheelchair) to leave their home
➡️ People who have been advised by their medical provider that their health would be at risk if they were to leave their home
➡️ People with cognitive special needs
➡️ Kids with qualifying disabilities
➡️ Clark County School District students who are considered “medically fragile” by the School District

Eligible adults and parents of eligible children may call 1-800-401-0946 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily to schedule a visit from our team.
