Here's a little story of the reason why I Became a Health & Wellness Fitness coach. I grew up in a single parent home with my mother and brother who was 2 years older than me. My mother was a very strict person to put it nicely, for most of my childhood I was traumatized at home, also mock and teased at school every day on my appearance and my pastor. My self esteem was very low, so it was easy for me to get sick or have some sort of illness. At age 13, I discovered one of my neighbors had free weights in his backyard, my neighbor asked me if I want to try it out, so I did, and I was hooked. It made me look and feel so good, I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. As I got older I joined a gym called holiday spa, now known as Bally's Holiday Spa. I learned everything there was to learn about free weight training, I even went to Mussel beach in Venice Beach California and learn from some of the best weight trainers. I started training my 1st personal training client back in 1986. When the certifications We're finally invented I got mine in 1997, I started working at Gyms like Nautilus plus, LA Fitness, Gold's gym, 24 hour fitness, this was my journey as a personal trainer to becoming a boot camp owner and Coach, then I evolved into a Health & Wellness Coach. I have come full circle helping people revitalize their mental and physical health with Anti-aging Coaching so people can look and feel gooood!

There are a lot of people that may have experienced serious illness/ lockdown, or maybe had some sort of accident that kept them at home and from that gain a lot of weight.

Most people try to lose weight thinking that losing weight will make them healthy, and it doesn't.

Core Stability & Strength

I used to have Back problems after I have gotten into a motorcycle accident. I used to go to the chiropractor 5 days a week for my bulging disc in my lower lumbar, which was a temporary relief, along with all types of pain relievers that had bad side effects on my gut health. I also did basic weight training like, back extensions, dead lifts, leg curls, dumbbell side bans, AB crunches which none of these exercises helped, in fact It made my back pain worse. My pain relief and bulging disc repair came from Trace Minerals, and Callisthenic Core & Fulcrum exercises. When I also started taking high amounts of Trace minerals, It started feeling in the bulging disc in my lower lumbar, if it wasn't Trace minerals, and Callisthenic Core & Fulcrum exercises I probably would have gotten a back operation, and walk around like Frankenstein for the rest of my life. I thank God that I've Come across this information that I now relay to my client's. For me, it's all about core health, I realized that a strong and healthy core means a Vibrant Happier me!
