Day 3 is when your skin is still healing beneath the surface.
Redness and mild peeling are normal — this is part of the renewal process.

✔️ Recommended:
• Gentle cleanser
• Hydrating serum (Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, Ceramides)
• Light moisturizer
• Mineral sunscreen

❌ Avoid:
• Retinol / Vitamin A
• AHA, BHA, exfoliating acids
• Strong Vitamin C
• Scrubs or cleansing devices
• Makeup (if possible, give your skin one more day)
