Experiencing daily pain in your upper back or shoulders?

Lets talk internal versus external rotators.

Unfortunately for most individuals, many jobs now require a sitting position at a computer or involve long hours on the phone. That leads to the shoulders rounding in, making the muscles that internally rotate(such as the chest muscles along with the front shoulder muscles) tight. What does that mean for external rotators(such as the rear shoulder muscles)? Well, you guessed it. Short and weak.

Massage can help this pain by specifically relaxing the muscles that pull the shoulders forward, allowing them to relax and get into a better position. The client's I come in contact with almost on a daily basis experience symptom's such as these as jobs that hold these requirements become more and more abundant in our society.
