A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a credentialed paraprofessional who works one-on-one with people receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to implement their intervention plans. As an RBT, you won’t be designing or assessing these plans.

Applied Behavior Analysis Institute is looking for new RBTs! ( Registered Behavior technicians)

We provide in home and in clinic services to children with autism.

RBT can be a part time or Full time Job, you can work as many hours as you want! schedule is usually in the afternoon (after School Hours).

Pay Rate is 20-25 an hour

Requirements:

- Must be 18 or Older

- Have a High School diploma

- Have reliable transportation.

- Being able to past a background check.

The government can provide half-baked ABA services but private clinicians must obtain a license to practice. New NV ABA regulations imposed by the new ABA board are a major barrier to the provision of ABA services to children with autism. We have over 10,000 kids with autism statewide and about 175 licensed clinicians to serve them all; it’s shameful.
