🌟 Caregiver Spotlight – September '25🌟
This month, we are proud to shine the spotlight on and recognize Lile!
Her clients describe her as thorough and kindhearted, and it’s easy to see why. With 17 years of caregiving experience, Lile brings compassion, dedication, and a true heart for service to every client she supports.
💬 “Caregiving is a fulfilling way to make a tangible difference in others’ lives, fostering strong personal bonds and a deep sense of accomplishment,” Lile shares.
What inspires her most is seeing her clients achieve their personal goals—it gives her confidence and reminds her why she loves this work. She encourages everyone to remember: “Your care is a blessing.”
Outside of caregiving, Lile enjoys time with friends filled with laughter and also serves as an RBT Lead, helping a client in a mental behavioral crisis home—a role she’s proudly held for 3 years.
Her advice to new caregivers?
✨ Be patient—with both those you care for, and yourself.
