Today, while many celebrate the external symbols of freedom—
I'm reflecting on the internal prisons we carry.

The parts of us that had to hide to survive...
The voice that was silenced to keep the peace...
The dreams postponed, the truth swallowed, the needs denied...

🕯️ This is the day I want to honor the soul’s liberation.
Not just political or national freedom—
But the kind that comes when you no longer abandon yourself to belong.

The kind of independence that begins when:

You stop performing for approval

You stop making yourself small to feel safe

You stop exiling the most tender, truthful parts of you

In my work, I walk with people through the sacred and messy process of reclaiming their inner freedom.
It’s not loud. It’s not always visible. But it’s real.
And it changes everything.

So today, let’s celebrate the parts of you that are ready to come home.
Let’s celebrate freedom not as escape, but as the courage to be who you are—fully, boldly, and with deep love.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WISH WHEN YOU SAY TO SOMEONE "FELIZ NAVIDAD!"?

The word "Navidad" comes from the Latin "Nativitate", which means:
Nati = birth
vita = of Life
te = for you

Therefore, the deep meaning of the word "Navidad" is: "BIRTH OF LIFE FOR YOU".

This is indeed what I feel and what I wish you for these days!
A whole God is incarnated so that you may be happy, so that you may have Life, so that nothing and no one may take Life away from you; therefore, look at Christmas today as the opportunity to live.

The Great Spirit walks beside you every day, fills your path with details, lifts you up if you stumble? He comes to remain always by your side, so that nothing and no one can take Life away from you. Look at Christmas today as the opportunity to Live that He gives you.

Today the challenge of love is to wish Feliz Navidad to all those that the Great Spirit puts before you. Y... I invite you to explain to one person the meaning of this expression!

Take the opportunity to understand the deeper unconscious patterns that are playing out in your life.

Past experiences may come up in your mind; they are here to help you come to a place of acceptance /healing.

Old wounds can remind you - and others around you- of how much stronger, courageous and resilient you've become over the years.

Know that the intention of this energy/memory is to help you find wisdom and insight, so that you can make informed decisions in the future.

New relationship
New business
New partnership
New life
New path

Remember, healing isn't a linear process. It often takes time to unfold; pieces of your past may continually come up that need to be reconciled/healed/integrated.

Ideally, you can accept or make familiar the idea that every experience you have or remember serves its purpose even if you can't see it. So take time to feel your emotions, be present with yourself and provide the space of awareness for greater understanding of and for your subconscious patterns.
