Since 2001, we have provided acute crisis stabilization and outpatient services to the Las Vegas community and beyond.

We are Spring Mountain Treatment Center, An extension of Spring Valley Hospital. Physicians are on the medical staff of Spring Mountain Treatment Center, An extension of Spring Valley Hospital, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Spring Mountain Treatment Center. We recently attended an all-day event for at-risk and homeless veterans. This event hosted by U.S.VETS. Las Vegas provided several services like mental health, healthcare, housing, and much more.

Veterans stopped by the table to get informed of mental wellness resources at SMTC.

We recently attended the LIMA (Law Enforcement Intervention for Mental Health and Addiction) Community Resource Sharing Meeting, where we had the chance to connect with community partners who provide support for individuals facing substance use, mental health needs and homelessness.

The Postpartum Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured support for individuals navigating the challenges that can follow childbirth. This program provides a space to build coping skills, connect with others and focus on emotional well-being.
