We are Spring Mountain Treatment Center, An extension of Spring Valley Hospital. Physicians are on the medical staff of Spring Mountain Treatment Center, An extension of Spring Valley Hospital, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Spring Mountain Treatment Center.
