Roxanne is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling Intern who works with children (5+), teens, and young adults — and she brings the kind of energy that makes young people feel instantly at ease.

She blends creativity and clinical skill in the best way. Think experiential therapy, sand tray worlds that tell powerful stories, and real-life tools from CBT and DBT that help kids and teens manage big feelings, build confidence, and handle life like pros.

She’s playful when it matters, steady when it counts, and deeply committed to helping young clients grow into their strongest selves.

We’re so excited for the families who will get to work with her.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost and forever changed on October 1, 2017, during the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas. 💔

We hold close in our hearts the 58 souls who never returned home, the countless survivors who continue to carry the weight of that night, and the families who live with unimaginable loss.

We also honor the incredible bravery of our first responders, medical teams, and everyday heroes who ran toward danger—selflessly giving their strength, compassion, and courage when our city needed it most. 🚑🚓🚒

Las Vegas is more than a place—it is a community bound together by resilience, love, and unity. On this day, and every day, we remember. We heal together. We are . 🖤💛

✨ What an incredible week at the IFS Conference ✨

Kasia Caldwell, LCSW, RMT, had the honor of sharing her Reiki Chakra Balancing experience with clinicians and coaches from around the world. 🌍💫 Together, we explored the power of integrating Reiki with IFS to restore balance, deepen self-connection, and support healing for mind, body, and spirit.

It was beautiful to see so many hearts open and curious to experience energy work in this way. 💜 Thank you to everyone who joined, participated, and leaned into this shared journey.

Today, our founder and CEO, Kasia Caldwell, LCSW, proudly testified before the Nevada Senate Judiciary Committee in support of SCR 3, a critical resolution aimed at addressing and preventing human trafficking in our state.

As the founder of Intentional Living Academy, Kasia not only leads our team in providing trauma-informed care to survivors, families, and individuals from all walks of life — she also stands boldly at the forefront of macro-level advocacy, fighting for systemic change in our community.

Her words today were more than testimony. They were a call to action grounded in professional expertise, lived experience, and a steadfast commitment to protecting the vulnerable and uplifting the voices of survivors.

At Intentional Living Academy, we believe healing doesn't stop at the therapy room. It extends into legislation, education, and community action. We are honored to be part of this powerful movement, and we remain unwavering in our advocacy for safety, justice, and change.

Today is a hard day for many of the people in my world that I love and care about. It it a hard day for me as well. My calling is to "hold space" for people holding space for others and honoring my own emotions and feelings is such a delicate balance and attuned skill.
