❤️ Honoring Our Executive Director, Rhonda – A True Bridge Builder ❤️

❤️ We are so proud to share that our incredible Executive Director, Rhonda, has been honored with the Bridge Builder Award — recognizing leaders in our community who work tirelessly to build bridges instead of silos.

❤️ She was presented the award at Shine A Light Foundation's Annual Gala, an honor voted on by the Shine A Light Board of Directors. What an honor it is to have Miss Rhonda Dahl-Rios, a true servant leader, representing an organization dedicated to changing the course for women seeking recovery.

❤️ For nearly a decade, Rhonda has poured her heart into We Care House, guiding the foundation with unmatched service, fierce protection, and unwavering love. She has not only helped keep our doors open but has opened countless others for women seeking a second chance at life.

❤️ Her leadership is the reason so many lives have been changed, so many partnerships have been formed, and so many women have found a path to safety, serenity, and recovery. Rhonda doesn’t just build programs — she builds connection, hope, and possibility.

❤️We Care Foundation at the 9th Annual Second Chance 5K❤️

❤️ This past weekend, We Care Foundation proudly participated in the 9th annual Second Chance 5K, an event born from the heartfelt desire to connect with families impacted by substance use disorders and to honor the memories of Leah, Amber, and Kristi.

❤️ A Race Filled with Meaning: The Second Chance 5K is more than just a race; it's a powerful expression of hope and support. It embodies our collective love for our sisters and brothers in the recovery community. Every step taken is a cheer for those fighting to overcome addiction—We see you, we believe in you, and we are cheering you on!

🕊️ Honoring and Celebrating Lives: While we remember those we've lost to addiction or su***de, we also celebrate the resilience of those who have crossed to the brighter side of recovery. This event is bittersweet, yet profoundly inspiring, as we come together to support and uplift one another.

❤️ Community Support and Sponsorship: Not only did our team walk in honor and celebration, but We Care Foundation also hosted a resource table and contributed as a Bronze sponsor. Our commitment is strong—not just on this day, but throughout the year, as the proceeds from this event continually support the Las Vegas recovery community.
