Navigating Grief: A Structured Support Group for Adults Experiencing Loss
Grief can feel isolating — but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Our Open Grief & Loss Therapy Group offers structured support, education about the grief process, and practical coping tools in a safe, therapist-led setting.
Each session combines education about the grief process with practical coping tools and supportive discussion. Topics include nervous system regulation, grief triggers, guilt and anger, identity shifts, and rebuilding after loss.
This is more than a support circle — it’s structured, evidence-informed group therapy designed to reduce isolation and build emotional resilience.
Topics rotate and may include:
• Understanding the grief process
• Nervous system regulation
• Coping with anniversaries and triggers
• Guilt, anger, and unfinished business
• Attachment and continuing bonds
• Meaning-making and rebuilding
