We made a no-bake version of sweet potato pie! 🥧 We all remember being children and arguing over who got to lick the spoon. 🥄

Here's the recipe:
✅ In a mixing bowl, whisk a 3.4 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding mix with 1 cup cold milk until thickened.
✅ Stir in 1 cup cooked, cooled, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract until smooth.
✅ Fold in 1 cup whipped topping until light and fluffy, spoon mixture into a 9-inch graham cracker crust. Decide who gets to lick the spoon.
✅ Chill pie for 2 hours, then enjoy!

🎅🎁 Santa Claus really outdid himself this year! We were thrilled to receive two hydroponic grow boxes, and they’re already hard at work with tomatoes and basil sprouting right before our eyes 🌱🍅

Baked potato lovers, get excited. We’ll soon have three pods of fresh chives popping up and ready to enjoy! Stay tuned as our little indoor garden continues to grow 🌿🥔

Residents of The Bridge at Paradise Valley rang in the New Year in style at our elegant "Black and White" Ball!
Guests enjoyed a toast with sparkling cider, creamy brie topped with blackberry jam, and—of course—grapes. But this year, we elevated the grapes to gourmet status! We coated them in olive oil, tossed with fresh thyme and oregano, and roasted for about 20 minutes. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, these roasted grapes were a showstopper.
If you try this recipe at home, don't skip the flaky sea salt—it's worth every penny! We used OSMO brand from Walmart (~$9).
