Most of us would already have what we wanted if he subconscious was on board with it.

You and/pr your clients can’t have it because
“A part” aka an archetype or an inner child or “the subconscious” doesn’t want the result.

It either feels threaded by it: if we do lose the weight then we’ll get too much attention ⚠️ = danger.

If we do make the money then it will mean more responsibility = loss of freedom 🤸🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

If we do post everyday then no more excuses = it has to work and if it works then etc….

We leave the realm of wisdom constantly
Through overthinking
Spiraling into worries and fears

What if...?

But wisdom never leaves you
Because it always wants you to know:

more love to be felt

The stars held me while I drove through the mountains
I contemplated the last few weeks and all the changes
Driving through the night always provides perspective
My electric car humming along
Stopping at a charging station with “what was I made for” playing in my AirPods
I took my shoes off and danced in the night
I felt free
As free as swimming in the Mediterranean Sea
As free as helping a client through her grief
I live for those moments of pure joy and freedom
It’s like a secret language
Seeing it
Feeling it
Allowing it
Compounds it

And today I have kitty cat hugs galore while looking at the Swiss Alps

May small or big moments of magic find you
May you pinkify what feels hard
May you .5 the speed of life
And feel safe to feel it all.

So much magic has been happening behind the scenes.
This is the evolution of offers.
Sometimes you put something out there,
just to see...
and then so much comes back.
You didn’t think it would work.
And honestly, I don’t do things to see if it works
I do things for the experiment,
for the joy
for who I am becoming as I do it.

Result based doing is a joy killer for me.
I cook the most delicious meal because I’m hungry but also because the cooking is the prize.
chopping vegetables, seeing all the spices mix in with the rice, and smelling the risotto - yummm everything is a win. Even if the fiance says: yeah but I don’t like mushrooms 😅

It’s so common to focus on what we don’t like. When the main dish is the prize. The quality time, the hugs, the space where you get to experience your zone of genius and your creativity.

We don’t dance to get dopamine hits and oxytocin, we dance because it feels good and we love the music. The feel good hormones is the byproduct, not the reason. If the oxytocin was the reason you would dance restricted, expecting, waiting for the hit, that probably never comes.

If you can make the dance of visibility,
of sharing about your work,
of showing up,
be something that feels like beauty,
taste like beauty,
generates feelings of beauty,
then you’re closer to the feelings you’d get if you got the results
Only now, you feel them before they ever showed up.
And because you felt them, you allowed them to come to you, faster.
