Prime Cleaning Services is growing and looking for a motivated Commercial Cleaning Sales Associate to help us expand our commercial janitorial client base in Las Vegas.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and facility decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Generate new commercial cleaning leads
Call, email, and visit local businesses
Identify decision-makers for janitorial and facility services
Schedule facility walkthroughs and cleaning quote appointments
Follow up with prospects consistently
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM/sales tracking system
Represent Prime Cleaning Services professionally in the field
Assist with proposal follow-up and client onboarding
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and in-person outreach
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Sales experience preferred but not required
Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility maintenance, or B2B sales experience is a plus
Compensation
Base pay available depending on experience
Commission on closed recurring commercial cleaning accounts
Performance bonuses for larger accounts
