We are excited to kick off our 12 Days of Service Excellence! Each year, Palm Mortuaries selects and recognizes outstanding associates who embody our core value of service excellence in all that they do. The recipients exceed expectations in their service toward others, collaborate with others, demonstrate creativity and initiative, and guide and inspire others.
On the first day of Service Excellence, we're proud to recognize Gabriela Vallejo, an administrative assistant at Palm Southwest! Gabriela shared with us:
"As an Administrative Assistant, I love being the first person families meet when they walk through our doors, setting a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our entire location. Outside of work, I stay active in the community by volunteering—recently participating in the Candlelighters Superhero Run, joining the annual Trunk-or-Treat, and signing up to support Girls on the Run. My kids, my partner, and my coworkers are the most important people in my life, and I’m especially grateful for Jessie and Aiko, whose leadership and support mean so much to me. I strive to be compassionate, welcoming, and reliable in everything I do, both at work and in the community."
