The Fat Greek is a local, family-owned bistro and we looking for energetic and qualified Line/prep Cook. Please share with anyone you may know!

We serve Mediterranean cuisine with a busy lunch crowd... pre-COVID. If you are in search of a workplace that has a family/team-oriented environment and works well under demanding conditions. Salary is $15/hour, plus overtime over 40-hours.

LINE COOK:
- Must be able to lift 25-50lbs
- Able to follow recipes and guidelines appropriately
- Basic competence in preparing foods of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Expert cutting/chopping skills and basic kitchen skills with chef tools and appliances
-Some baking will be required

**As we are a small team, the position will be available to personnel with qualities as follows:
- Upsale skills are a must
- Knowledge in Clover POS system
- Taking and running food orders (via phone and online also)
- Basic understanding of coffee and tea beverages

REQUIREMENTS:
- SNHD Food Handlers Card (on hand)
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 25hrs a week
- Stand for up to 8hrs a day
- Reliable transportation
- Experience as Bartender (preferred) and Line Cook
- Must be over 18
