At Sage Creek, it truly takes a village — and we are proud to say that every department plays a part in making our residents feel cared for, supported, and at home.

From calling Bingo, helping with activities, answering call lights, checking in on our residents, and simply taking the time to ask, “Are you okay? Do you need anything?” — our staff shows up every single day with heart.

No matter what department we work in, we all share the same goal:

Our incredible Activities Department keeps our patients moving, grooving, and smiling all day long. From creative arts and crafts to games, laughter, and meaningful engagement, there’s always something happening to keep minds active and spirits high.

These moments in between therapy are just as important—giving our patients a chance to stay social, express themselves, and enjoy their day while continuing to build confidence and mobility in a fun, relaxed way. 🎨🎲🧩
