As a company, we work to ensure that all clients are supported through a wide range of on-site or remote training, in an effective professional learning community that is aligned with individual learning styles, lifespan development, psychosocial support, well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Client-specific training, consultations, program evaluations, and psychological diagnostics are provided to increase awareness and meet the unique outcomes of our diverse clients. These services provide results that will assist our clients in designing individualized plans that promote positive and sustainable social change within their organization. In the role of President at Higher Potential For Learning LLC, Dr. Karine Clay brings with her an understanding of DEI, Educational, and I/O Psychology . This knowledge was acquired through her extensive academic and professional experience as a Psychologist, DEI consultant, Academic Leader, and Educator across traditional and non-traditional settings. in Psychology to further her post-doctoral goal to assist organizations in developed and developing countries in achieving diverse, inclusive and equitable learning and working cultures for all persons regardless of gender, race and socio-economic background.
