Guess where I am?! My favorite place, not often visited as of recent. Stretching, foam rolling, theracane-ing, Cool Azul-ing and cupping. Gotta take care of this body that I beat up daily. What have you done to self honor today?!

Hey y’all! I’m starting to get the famous question, “When are you coming back?!” And trust me, I NEED a massage so I totally understand. I wanted to let you know that I currently have no plans to return to Oregon again this year. 😢 With the move and everything shut down shortly after my return from being up there in February, I took a full time job to make ends meet. I am currently driving with expired Texas tags as the DMV has been closed, and I don’t have my licenses to operate yet, so once I get everything situated and figured out, I will be back for sure. Until then, y’all are welcome to catch a hella cheap flight to Vegas right now. I can pick you up and work on you here. Or, I highly recommend Christina Perdew in Carlton, or Kaite Weaver in Newberg. And of course the fabulous Chelsea at Herbs in Jars. I can post their info in the comments below if you don’t have it. Please stay well and healthy, and give these amazing healers an opportunity to work on you. They are phenomenal!
