The Town of Cloride Arizona has extended a special invitation to Deanna and our Las Vegas chapter.

On Saturday, the 13th of May, Chloride Arizona would like us to come down for a guided learning experience about the mining history of the town.
There will also be a town yard sale that may have some unique treasures available.
If you are planning to attend, you must call (no texts, emails, or Facebook please) and register with Deanna (702) 286-5017 to get further details and directions.
As a reminder, registration and information on all Chapter Outings and Events will provided by the chapter president, vice-president, and board members only.

The Gold Prospectiors Association Of America is hosting an outing at the Gregg's Hideout claim on Saturday, the 15th of April 2023.
Saturday at 8 AM Arizona time, Deanna will meet everyone at the Chevron Station at the intersection of Perce Ferry Road and Gregg's Hideout Road. Deanna will be leading the group to the claim.
Some recommended items to bring: folding chair(s), plenty of drinking water, snacks, a jacket, first aid kit, and anything else you deem necessary.

REMINDER - The LVGPAA Monthly Meeting will be Monday, March 27th @ The Eagles located at: 1601 E Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101, Corner of Washington & Bruce St. Across from Cashman Field.
Search your garage, your closet, under your bed, and in your shed for gently used prospecting and camping gear you want to sell, barter, or trade.
Weather permitting, the chapter will be hosting a special Prospecting & Camping Mini Swap Meet/Yard Sale on April 1st (no April fools).

Deanna has graciously opened her front yard to everyone, this includes individuals and folks from other clubs, wishing to set up a table/booth and sell, trade, or swap their prospecting, camping, or related yard sale items.
If you would like to set up a table, please contact Deanna. All information, (time, location, etc) on this event will be discussed at the meeting, as well as, registering to attend the event.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be NO BATHROOMS AVAILABLE. There are several places down the road a few minutes the have bathroom facilities.
We will also discuss upcoming events, outings, & regular chapter business.
There will be some good door prizes, and there will be dirt bags available for sale at the meeting.

LVGPAA Mini Swap Meet/Yard Sale.

Weather permitting, the chapter will be hosting a special Prospecting & Camping Mini Swap Meet/Yard Sale on April 1st (no April fools).Deanna has graciously opened her front yard to everyone, this includes individuals and folks from other clubs, wishing to set up a table/booth and sell, trade, or swap their prospecting, camping, or related yard sale items.If you would like to set up a table, please contact Deanna (702) 286-5017 to register and get the particulars.Everyone signing up for a table to sell/trade/swap items will be entered in a raffle for the last bucket of dirt from "Up North". (Must be present to win).

🎄MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!🥳

On behalf of the chapter officers and board members, Deanna wishes everyone a very merry Christmas, and hopes that the new year will be golden for everyone.

Second notice.

The LVGPAA Monthly Meeting is still scheduled for Monday, December 19th @ The Eagles located at: 1601 E Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101, Corner of Washington & Bruce St. Across from Cashman Field.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting!

Due to events over the last several weeks, Deanna's blood pressure has become severely unstable. Her physician has started her on new medications to get it back under control, and has instructed her to avoid all stressful activities until her condition is stabilized.
Due to these developments, Deanna will be unable to attend to any chapter business, including the Christmas Party/meeting, until released by her physician.

The official chapter Christmas Party is canceled. Anyone who has already paid for the dinner cost will be refunded their money by one of the board members at the meeting.
