F.A.C.T, a non-profit agency, is dedicated to helping children, adults and families heal from the traumas and cycle of abuse, neglect, and violence through education, prevention and treatment services. Family and Child Treatment (FACT) strongly believes that mental health therapy following a tramatic event is essential in the healing process for victims. No victim should be denied that critical need based on socio-economic status, and FACT has NEVER turned away a victim based on their inability to pay. FACT's compassionate team of seasoned clinical proffesionals, advocates and office staff are here to help victims of abuse in every way possible. FACT's clinical team is comprised of Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselors and Licesed Alcohol and Drug Counselors. Through our collaborations, FACT advocates are able to assist with providing wrap around services to our clients at little or no cost, including but not limited to: STD testing, education assistance, medical/dental, OBGYN services, shelter, TPO's, court accompaniment, job skills training, life skills training, medicaid assistance, transportation and more. FACT also provides food, toys and clothing on-site at our victims services office.
