Anything that helps protect longer, I’m in for🦠 🤧😷

Love this tip from so let’s make it!

Hibiclens is used in hospitals cuz it’s a powerful antiseptic. I bought chlorhexidine gluconate 4% solution which is just the generic brand, same ingredient.
uses Vanicream but I grabbed Cetaphil lotion because that’s what they had.

Mix these 2 together and get 2 hours of better coverage against those nasty viruses plus moisturized hands so germs can’t enter those tiny skin cracks!!

📍SAVE this so when you go to the store, you know what exactly what to get.

UPDATE: I’ve been keeping it in my car and by the door as you walk out of the house. It’s not slimy or soapy. Feels like it absorbs well meaning it doesn’t leave a weird film or grease on my hands.

I’ll be sharing more about what I use to keep my family on the healthier side of things💋

Time change be playin’ major mind tricks😵‍💫

Anyone else ready for dinner and bed by 5pm?!

📌TIP: KEEP MOVING!!! Most of us go inside and cuddle up when it’s dark so early. DON’T. Go for that walk, drive to the store…keep living and moving. It will help your brain acclimate to the time change🌗

Fight the stank👃

No matter what type of deodorant you use, there are times ya need that detox!

📍Save this super easy PIT DETOX RECIPE:
•1 TBLS Bentonite Clay
•1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
•1-2 tsp water
•1 tsp baking soda (optional)
~mix to a paste
~wash pits to remove deodorant etc
~slather paste on pits and let sit for 8-10 minutes
~rinse off

I personally tend to need this as the seasons change and my sweat patterns are different. There are a lot of reasons one may need this but really, you sweat there so it needs attention.

Did you know in chiropractic college we had to learn all about skin cancer and skin abnormalities? Yup! Every day I look at my patients backs which is an area they often can’t see. We need to be able to identify potential abnormalities and alert the patient to go see their dermatologist.

Don’t skip these annual appointments!
