We are closing early Thursday- Saturday(March 26-28). Our hours will be 7:30a-12p. We will be taking phone calls until 3:30p.

To Our Valued Patients,
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to keep our patients and staff healthy we will be asking the following:
1. Please ask your partner or es**rt to remain in the vehicle while you attend your appointment. We will get their phone number from you and call them when you are ready to be discharged.
2. We will be taking your temperature before you check-in and if you have a fever, dry cough and/or respiratory issues we will ask that you re-schedule your appointment.
Please know that we are taking every precaution to ensure limited chance of exposure. The safety of our patients during office visits is our highest priority. We are constantly referencing the CDC’s recommendations and will implement all precautions necessary.
